We have two, well appointed meeting / dining areas on the first floor with smaller meeting and tea rooms on the second and third.The building is verifiably "spirited" as in a high level of paranormal activity. So much so that we have been investigated by no less that four paranormal investigation groups. Including The Paranormal Research Society of Penn State, the investigators behind A&E's Paranormal State Television program. Our episode, The Knickerbocker, episode #19, was aired nationwide on March 17th, 2008. That episode is available on The Knickerbocker website. The Knickerbocker website also has pictures, movies, audio recordings and a live web cam of the third floor. The Knickerbocker has food service for meeting and parties along with guided tours of the building. The building features artwork, photographs and antiques. Some of which are for sale. Regular lodging accomidations are not available at The Knickerbocker, however overnight tours are. Overnight tours are for groups or individuals who want to experience the buildings "spirited" aspects.
